Some say Jesus is a man, some say he is a God, and Some say Jesus is a prophet, but we will be defining to you about Jesus according to the Bible.
And many of you must be having a question in mind that How can Jesus be Complete Man Complete God.
Jesus is our heavenly father as in the Bible it is written that “but to all who received him, to them he will give the power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name” (John 1:12). Jesus is a Latin Greek translation of the Hebrew Jehoshua or Joshua, which means Jehovah is salvation or Savior (Matthew 1:21). He has been called ‘Messiah’ in the Old Testament that means ‘Anointed One’ and ‘Christ’ in New Testament, the word ‘Messiah’ becomes the Greek word ‘Christos’ in the New Testaments. Jesus was born in Bethlehem before in 4 BC and died 34 AD according to the historians and rose again after three days.
But Jesus was the person who lived a sinless life and then died on a cross to pay the penalty for our sins. By doing this, Jesus offered us the Gift of eternal life to live forever with him in heaven. God sent prophets who foretold the coming of Jesus, the only one who would save all men. Jesus said I am the light of the world, he who follows me will surely not walk in darkness but will have the light that gives life (John 8:12). In (John 14:6) Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. First Isaiah predicted in (Isaiah 7:14) a young woman shall conceive, and bear a son, and you shall call his name Immanuel. Then (Isaiah 9:6-7) this will happen when the special child is born. God will give a son who is responsible for leading the people. His name will be “Wonder-Counselor, Powerful God, the Everlasting Father and the Prince of peace.” There was peace without end and His power will continue to grow. Then in (Matthew 1:20-21), it is written that “The child will be from Holy Spirit. She will bear a baby son. You must name him Jesus. And give this name to him because he will save his people from their sins”. Jesus is also called the Nazarene which does mean that he was from a city, Nazareth.
Jesus Christ Is Our Savior
However, The Bible says’s “For God so loved the world that He gave His Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.”
